The Truxline platform is the ideal place for establishing new business partnerships and strengthening existing relationships with carriers and freight forwarders. An efficient and trustworthy network is the key to successful business. Here are the ways you can build and manage your network on Truxline.

Direct Connection with Business Partners

  • Sending connection requests: You can search for specific companies or carriers and send them a connection request. Once approved, they will automatically be added to your contact network.
  • Accepting requests: In the "Manage Connections" section, you can approve or decline incoming requests from other users.
  • Creating a private group: You can create your own private group of carriers and invite only the partners you want to prioritize. All offers can then be sent exclusively to them.

Network Trust and Security

To ensure that the Truxline platform remains a safe and reliable environment for business, we recommend sending connection requests only to verified partners you know and trust.

Sending invitations and connection requests within the application may be limited if multiple users mark your invitations as spam.

Expanding Your Network and Finding New Partners

Active interaction on the platform is a great way to discover new partners. Follow active transport offers, browse the profiles of carriers or freight forwarders who interest you, and connect with them.

  • Following: When you follow someone, you will see their new activity (e.g., posted offers) in your activity feed. If you no longer wish to see their content, you can easily unfollow that partner.
  • You can join an existing group. Click on the user’s Name or Profile Picture. In the user profile, click the "Connections" link in the top bar and then click the "Connection Request" button.
  • You can create your own group and invite other users to join. If they accept the invitation and you approve access to the group, the connection will be established automatically.
  • You can also invite your contacts to the Truxline application directly from your profile. If they accept the invitation, the connection will be established automatically.
  • Manage Connections page – Accept pending invitations.

To keep Truxline.com a safe community, we recommend sending invitations and connection requests only to people you know and trust.

Another option is to start building relationships by interacting with other users’ posts (Following, comments). When you follow someone, any new content posted or shared by that person will appear in your activity stream. If you no longer want to see someone’s content in your stream, you can unfollow them or hide their posts by clicking the three-dot icon on their post.
